Tripst3r.com Free Vacation Contest Terms

Create an account on Tripst3r.com after 9:45 A.M. PST on June 25, 2009, and you will be automatically entered into the contest to win a free vacation to Los Angeles, CA, San Diego, CA, or Chicago, IL.
Once 150 users have registered for user account on Tripst3r.com, one random account will be selected as the winner of the Vacation.
The winner will be notified by e-mail or telephone that they have won the prize.
The winner will be selected randomly, and Tripst3r.com is in no way responsible for individuals winning or losing.

The Prize--

Two Coach Airplane Tickets to Los Angeles, CA, San Diego, CA or Chicago, IL--depending on where the winner lives.

Two Night Hotel Stay at a 4 Star Hotel in one of the above cities.

Two Tickets to an MLB Baseball, Theatre, or other Tripst3r selected activity.

Requirements--

Eligibility: (a) Subject to part (b), the Contest is open only to individuals who are (i) legal residents of one of the 50 United States or District of Colombia, (ii) 18 years of age or older on the date of entry, as shown on a valid driver's license or other means of identification issued by a federal or state government agency or by a school or other educational institution, and containing the entrant's address and picture, and (iii) have internet access and an email address by 150 users registered on Tripst3r.com.
(b) The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Contest: (i) past and present employees and previously published authors of Tripst3r.com, (ii) past and present employees and previously published authors of any of Tripst3r parent, subsidiary or affiliate companies, and (iii) members of the immediate family and/or individuals living in the same household as an individual described in 3(b)(i) or (ii).
(c) Incomplete entries and entries with information reasonably determined by Sponsor (in its sole discretion) to contain false information, will not be valid. Each entrant is responsible for providing accurate information as to his/her residential mailing address and how he/she may be contacted via email.
