LoDO (Lower Downtown Denver)
–Review of LoDO (does it deserve the hype?)
One of the busiest areas of downtown Denver is Lower Downtown or LoDO. It is a stretch of shops and restaurants in Downtown Denver that was designed by I.M Pei. The street also has a free bus that runs along it, which is very convenient, and it has many, many stores from Nike Town to Apple to a small, but very neat t-shirt shop. It is a wonderful place to spend some time, get a bite to eat, and relax. I highly recommend Maggiano’s Restaurant, which is near Nike Town. The Corner Deli is also a great place for lunch. (It is in front of Maggianos)
